This recipe is great for kids and adult snacks, everyone loves a healthier version of our store bought favorites! To make these I used the pampered chef snack bar maker container, it works great and has a lid!
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sugar free Lily's chocolate chips
1/2 cup Smarties (Canadian ones) or M&M's
Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, oil and vanilla together. Add in chocolate chips and Smarties.
Scoop 2 tbsp of mixture for each bar and place in snack bar maker, flatten out to make it even.
Freeze for 30 minutes. After initial freezing state, they can be wrapped individually frozen or left in the snack bar maker in the freezer.
